Because of their tourists and sufferance around the nehterlands, Amsterdam is probably the most famous Marijuana-City in the world. With their hundreds of coffeeshops it's no problem to buy some weed and smoke it, everywhere you smell sweet marijane and the mood of the dutch people is also very tourist-friendly! You have to visit Amsterdam at least for one time, my recommendation is to visit it every year!
